Holistic Prenatal Retreat

A Holistic Prenatal Retreat at a private, local location, on February 29th. The day goes from 8:30-5. This is a prenatal course plus so much more. We gathered some of the best professionals in Chilliwack to provide a day to nurture the mind, body and spirit of those expecting.

Moms can expect to work with a nutritionist, acupuncturist, pelvic physiotherapist and experience a special yoga session, lunch and refreshments.
