A 4 week kids yoga series exploring the tools we already carry inside our bodies and hearts. Through playful yoga, breathing, stories, and mindful crafts, children will discover simple ways to slow down, feel strong, and understand their emotions. Each week we will explore a new theme together Breath, strength, feelings, and kindness. Classes include movement, rest, and a creative craft children can take home as a reminder of what they learned. This series is designed for grades 1 to 5 and welcomes all experience levels. A gentle space for kids to move, create, and connect with the calm within.
