(Re)connect with your body, breath, and a nurturing community during this postpartum season of your life. No previous yoga experience necessary. We gather each week of the series for a 60 minute gentle class that meets you and your baby as you are. We will move and breathe to unwind tension, restore balance, and gently awaken your strength, while adapting the practice for the ever evolving needs of the babies in the room. Pre-crawling babies wakeful, sleeping, feeding, in arms or carrier… all welcome here. Moms, come even on your hard days… pajamas welcome
