On April 8, parts of Downtown Chilliwack will be celebrating Rex Manning Day inspired by the cult classic, Empire Records.

Local independent businesses will be joining in with 90s throwback vibes, themed sales, and creative micro-events throughout the day. Think battle jacket stations, airbrush tattoos, and other weird and wonderful surprises.
