Chilliwack Cultural Centre is pleased to welcome Stó:lō artisan August(Augie) Mekw Mekw Williams to the Centre as he teaches students how to make a 16” traditional hand drum.

Join Augie as he shares his drum making skills and teaches some of the history and stories of the Stó:lō people. Students will be led in making a 16” elk hide drum and will also take home a drum stick.
