Trio Fibonacci: A Symphony of Emotion!

The powerful sounds of the violin, cello, and piano come together in A Symphony of Emotion, a programme that will sweep you up with the magic of Beethoven and Einaudi. On April 16, violinist Julie-Anne Derome, pianist Maxim Shatalkin and cellist Gabriel Prynn will blend classical composers with contemporary artists, creating a captivating concert that is sure to delight and surprise you!

The easily recognizable opening motif from Beethoven's Fifth Symphony is known the world over and this concert will allow you to discover a new adaptation of the symphony. a reminder of the days when large-scale works were performed in condensed form in the comfort of one’s own living room. In contrast to this monumental work, the atmospheric music of Ludovico Einaudi takes us on a journey of intimacy and pure melodies.

Founded in 1998, Trio Fibonacci is internationally recognized for their brilliant interpretations of the complete piano trio repertoire. With performances spanning the globe, the ensemble has earned acclaim for their technical precision, musical sensitivity, and compelling stage presence. In this concert, their classical foundations meet the evocative modern soundscape of Ludovico Einaudi, whose music draws listeners into a world of pure melody and emotional resonance.
