Botanica Flower Festival
Spring will soon return to the Fraser Valley in spectacular color as the Botanica Flower Festival prepares for its 2026 season in Chilliwack. Set across 14 acres of farmland, the festival will feature 1.4 million tulips, including more than 250,000 hand-planted bulbs and over 90 varieties of tulips and spring flowers.

Visitors can explore vibrant field rows, a curated display garden, a wildflower section, and Botanica’s signature sun-shaped daffodil planting, creating a series of immersive floral landscapes designed for wandering, photography, and seasonal enjoyment.
A highlight of the festival is its large spring U-Pick, where guests can gather their own bouquet of seasonal blooms including ranunculus, anemones, snapdragons, stock, and other spring favorites.
SIGNATURE EVENTS
This year, Botanica is introducing a lineup of petal-themed experiences designed to bring together flowers, local businesses, and the Fraser Valley community.
Petals & Pilates, presented in partnership with Club Pilates Chilliwack, takes place on April 19 and April 26 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The experience begins with a 50-minute outdoor Pilates class led by Club Pilates Chilliwack, allowing participants to start their morning with movement surrounded by blooming tulip fields. Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat.
Following the class, attendees can enjoy wellness drink from Sol Smoothie Bar before exploring the festival grounds. Each ticket includes the opportunity to wander the fields and participate in Botanica’s U-Pick tulip experience, where visitors can fill a bucket with fresh blooms to take home.

Petals & Pints, presented in partnership with Old Yale Brewing, takes place on April 19 and April 26 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and offers a relaxed afternoon experience set among the tulip fields.
The event features a craft beer garden hosted by Old Yale Brewing, along with live music and a food truck.
Visitors can stroll the flower fields, explore the displays, and enjoy Botanica’s U-Pick tulip experience, where guests can gather their own bouquet of tulips to take home.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit the festival’s 1600- square-foot Community Quilt, a collaborative floral installation created by local businesses and community partners.

Petals & Provisions, presented in partnership with Yarrow Farm Market, will take place on April 18 and April 25 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The event brings a vibrant farm market atmosphere to the festival grounds, featuring more than 20 local artisan vendors offering handmade goods, specialty foods, and locally crafted products.
Visitors can browse the vendor market while enjoying the tulip fields, participate in the spring U-Pick experience, and explore the colorful displays across the farm.
Guests can also visit the Community Quilt installation, one of the festival’s most unique features.

COMMUNITY QUILT: A COLLABORATIVE FLORAL INSTALLATION
One of the most anticipated features of the 2026 season is the Community Quilt, a 1,600- square-foot floral installation created through a collaboration with local businesses and organizations.
Each participating brand designed and planted their own square within the quilt, resulting in a vibrant patchwork of tulips arranged in unique patterns and designs. More than 1,600 square feet of bulbs were hand-planted to create the installation, transforming the quilt into a large scale floral artwork that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and the Fraser Valley community.
SENIORS DAYS AND CORPORATE VISITS
Botanica also offers special opportunities for group visits throughout the season. Seniors Days take place every Tuesday, offering discounted admission for visitors aged 65 and older.
The festival also welcomes corporate outings and group visits, with special group rates available for organizations looking to host team events in a unique outdoor setting.
